Slider for power plants do not work as expected #747

For wind-turbines, it looks like the max has been scaled down (too much): energy_transition_model_-_your_free__independent__comprehensive__fact-based_scenario_builder_ This could be because the land surface available for wind turbines is also reduced...

Perhaps this is working technically correctly but not very intuitively for the user (me). I would expect to be able to build a wind turbine in my street even if we have only a couple of houses.

For other power plants the sliders are 'locked' for my trial scenario of 100 residences. Perhaps the min and max are rounded to the same number?

I concede this is a problem, but how would we differentiate between sliders which permit values < 1 (e.g. large power-plants), and those which don't?

I think ETModel would need to allow you to define min/max/step values for local scenarios? Currently, the only custom value ETM can define is the slider step value (which applies to national – not local – scenarios).

I am trying out an approach where for power plants the maximum of the slider is at least set to one unit.
