Coffeescript files need a bit more structure

Can we put scene-specific props in scene folders?, e.g. scenes/modern and scenes/house ?

Now it confusing which one belongs to what scene.

E.g. there is:

• sustainable_energy
• renewables

But which one is for what scene?

There are some that are shared as well, such as the score. We'll figure something out.
