Airconditioning for the house is only 200 kWh per year #293

This should probably be a lot higher

With current max slider setting for the demand for cooling in households we cannot make it more than about 400 kWh to cool the whole house...

@AlexanderWirtz is it acceptable to increase the max growth rate of cooling demand in households to 10%/year in the ETMPro interface to make ET Flex work better?

I think that ETFlex is also implying that cooling demand is rising: especially when you have two A/Cs
