This PR adds aquathermal heat abstraction in households and buildings (surface water) and aquathermal heat production for MT & LT heat grids (surface water, waste water and drinking water). This includes:

% aquathermal heat in households & buildings
potential for aquathermal heat

All data input has been set to 0.0 for now as there is no information available.
