Add option to include section, subsection and header in API export #537

The current API export can show, for a specific dataset, all the interface elements and their value. I would propose to add an option to the API to also export the section (for example industry), the subsection (for example industry_other) and the header (for example industry_other_energetic).

This would help a lot when exporting a region's data for review.
