Table 'CO2 emissies met im- of export' shows the wrong columns #308

Which columns SHOULD be shown?

Robbert designed this once. I'm not sure anymore. The table serves to show the impact of export/import of electricity on the CO2 emissions the ETM calculates. Robbert, do you have the design somewhere or should I look for the email in which you described it?

Let's fix this, because it's an embarrasing bug. It should have the following 3 columns according to our Wiki:

  1. The emission including emission for exported electricity (actuals)
  2. The emission for exported electricity (difference, export is negative)
  3. The emission for supplying only the inland final consumption (With im- and export)

Oh, and while we're at it, let's format it like the powerplants table. There is also a ticket to do this for the 'Changes to the electricity grid' table
