This issue extends to charts where heat is supplied by CHPs, such as the heat network mekko, the properties of combined heat and power (CHP) plants, or the hourly supply of heat to the district heat network. See below for a discrepancy between slider names and labels in the industrial heat network mekko:
I propose to create an overview of all the producers in merit and assign a single label to them, which is then to be implemented throughout the model.
It should be noted that in some cases a slightly different version of the label is required.
gas motor CHP
can be called just that. In the merit order table it however should be called gas motor CHP (industry)
to distinguish it from the gas motor CHP (district heating)
.
The labels for power plants in the chart "Merit order capacities and marginal costs", the table "Merit order table" and the chart "Electricity production per hour", do not align. This can be confusing for users.
For example, the slider
Coal conventional
has the following labels:And the slider
Onshore inland
has the following labels:I propose to use the same label for each power plant.
