Add small-scale wind & update solar PV and industry efficiency sliders

This pull request contains four adjustments of and additions to the front-end:

1. Move solar PV electricity generation sliders from Demand to Supply --> Renewable electricity;
2. Removes slides 'Solar panels' under Demand --> Households and Demand --> Buildings;
3. Updates Industry efficiency improvement sliders to 'overall efficiency improvement' instead of 'efficiency improvement/year';
4. Add a 'land use of solar and wind' visual and table, including two sliders to distribute existing onshore inland wind capacity between large-scale and small-scale turbines.

Additionally, as a part of feature 1, the solar thermal slider for buildings and households has now been labeled as 'auxiliary water heating technology'. Closes https://github.com/quintel/etmodel/issues/4125
