On the spot emissions chart should be fixed #4203

The chart "On-the-sport CO2 emissions including emissions from biomass" is no longer in balance and should be fixed. For example in the II3050v2 - European Integration scenario:

I suspect the flow from biomass, waste & greengas to energy is calculated incorrectly. This causes the ingoing flow of "energy" in the middel to be smaller than the outgoing flow. The Sankey diagram wants to balance the three parts visually, so the diagram cuts ofd part of the emitted co2.

I will try to fix the query behind this flow and see if this fixes the diagram.

EDIT: I have tried to easily fix the problem, the problem is that a lot of old node names are used in the queries. I tried setting up an easy way to query the needed information, but I think a complete rewrite of this graph is necessary.

At this point, this chart is definitely not up-to-date anymore and requires more effort to solve. Therefore, this chart is currently hidden on the front-end.
