Hydrogen improvements

Modelling of hydrogen supply, demand and storage has been improved. Summarised:

• A break down in must-run and dispatchable plants of the hydrogen supply technologies ATR, SMR and ammonia reforming
• Possibility to change the merit order of dispatchable hydrogen production and demand
• Modelling of hydrogen storage is improved by adding salt cavern and depleted gas field technologies and allowing the user to set installed volume and relative capacity.
• Changes in hydrogen transport assumptions and modelling
• New charts: "Installed storage volume per carrier" and "Flexible hydrogen supply and demand per hour"

Changes applied in this repo specifically are (summarised):

• Updating charts and tables with new hydrogen storage and must-run / dispatchable hydrogen production nodes
• Added new charts
• Added sliders and accompanying descriptions for hydrogen storage and must-run/dispatchable hydrogen production nodes
• Added sections for merit order of dispatchable hydrogen production and demand
• Updated what's new page

The new costs export for hydrogen has been added to the "hourly curves for hydrogen". There still remains an untitled slide however that should be removed: see the screenshot below.

The "Hydrogen integral costs" data-export does not seem to be working. When I click it I get the following error message:

No route matches [GET] "/api/v3/scenarios/curves/hydrogen_integral_cost.csv"

The yearly energy flow Sankey is no longer working. When I click download, I get the following error:

(<unknown>): did not find expected '-' indicator while parsing a block collection at line 103 column 3

The "Hydrogen production" slide is quite long. I would suggest to shorten it. At least the opening texts listing the production technologies could be removed in my opinion, as these are outdated (some are missing) and they should be obvious from the sliders below.

A similar question for the storage slide: can we shorten it a bit? At least the comment about costs of storage could in my opinion be moved to the slider description of both storage types.
