This PR

updates the 'related node' attribute for households_space_heater_crude_oil_hydrogen_heatpump_air_water_electricity in the corresponding input slider;
shortens the slider text for buildings_space_heater_crude_oil_hydrogen_heatpump_air_water_electricity
adds the correct NSA ETDataset public link for both buildings and households hybrid oil heat pumps

Replaces #4248 (git issues)
