Hydrogen improvements kerosene

This PR adds flexible synthetic kerosine to the model. Goes together with ETSource 3042 This flexibility option is based on the electricity price and is an addition to the power, hydrogen & Co2 modelling.

The components that have been added are:

• Split up of the old synthetic kerosene slider into a baseload (in PJ) and a dispatchable (in MWe-input) slider.
• Addition of a WTP slider for the dispatchable kerosene production.
• Addition of the flexible component to the relevant flexible power graphs.
• Refinement of the graphs where needed.

In addition, a description to the chart " Cost of hydrogen production per hour" has been added in both Dutch and English

What kind of capacity are we talking about here? I cannot find it in the slider description. I would update the slider description and the header of the slider to indicate what capacity this slider sets.
