Must Run Interconnectors #4315

  1. Backend changes to enable overwriting of flexible interconnectors to become mustrun with user-uploadable curves.
  2. Frontend changes to visualize overwriting of flexible interconnectors.
  3. Testing and documentation.

Basically when a curve is uploaded for an interconnector, there should be an option to make the curve "must run" or "inflexible".

@kaskranenburgQ @louispt1, I suspect that the client expects the must-run interconnector to still be price-setting if it is the most expensive marginal consumer or producer. This is likely a new functionality, as the documentation states that must-run participants currently cannot be price-setting.
