CTM-ETM coupling: external input groups #4323

This PR adds the functionality to swap 'regular' input elements with external coupling input elements in the front-end. Coupling groups and disabled by couplings are used to enable this feature. Specifically, the external coupling inputs for the CTM are brought to the front-end.
