Slider naming inconsistencies

I noticed 3 small inconsistencies in the names of sliders in our model:

• By coal power plants we have a slider called 'Coal conventional' by gas we have a power plant called 'Conventional'. For consistency and clarity we should rename it 'Gas conventional'.
• By Coal plants 'Pulverized Coal' and 'Pulverized Coal CCS' we use capitals for the 2nd word, while in other sliders (for example: 'Coal conventional' and 'Central coal CHP' ) we do not . Should be changed to 'Pulverized coal'
• The only slider called a 'plant' is the 'oil-fired plant'. For other sliders we don't write 'Gas CCGT plant' or 'Nuclear 3rd Gen' plant. Shouldn't we therefore simply call it 'oil-fired' ?

@AlexanderWirtz What is your opinion on this? I also don't know who to assign to fix this..are these all things in the translations?

@cjlaumans I agree. I would say 'Oil-fired' since we start them all with a capital letter. Assign who you want, but such quick fixes in translation files (use GitHub) are so easy, that you might as well do it yourself quickly. Otherwise, if in doubt, assign me.

I've updated the translations in the en_input_elements and nl_input_elements files. Should be fixed now
