New CHP industry_chp_turbine_gas_power_fuelmix requires a slider etc #766

After completing InputExcel issue 155 the interface needs a slider for this new CHP It also needs to be included in all the relevant charts, but that should be no problem as long as it is added to the cost_chps converter group, right?
