Add a generic technology which represents the amount of gas/heat demand (similar as for electricity) #1415

As discussed with Chael, it would be nice to be able to add a technology that can cope directly with an uploaded gas profile or heat profile. The profile represent directly the amount of gas or heat consumed and should therefore be visible in the gas and heat chart. To make myself clear, the uploaded profile is not something like a hot water demand profile or space heating profile.

We already have an 'other' (generic) technology for electricity but not yet for gas or heat.
