New strategy P2G/P2H based on network congestion #1448

For the future, an enhancement would be if there is also a strategy to use P2G/P2H only if the local network is congested. The amount of the PV/Wind electricity in the local network (local feeder and MSR) that exceeds the capacity of the local network/transformer is converted to Gas/Heat (not PV/Wind in other parts of the network). This would be a specific congestion elevation strategy.

This would be a good additional strategy since with P2G losses are associated and it is also the question whether there is gas demand enough for the use of the gas.

So you would probably only want to operate the P2G installation with the electricity that you cannot feed in in the electricity grid due to congestion. Currently the P2G strategy will also use other excess energy that is produced in other levels of your LES, instead of feeding it back to the HV grid. In this strategy we don’t want to convert electricity from other parts of the network via other transportation levels (e.g. electricity in LV under MSR1, via MV to P2G under MSR2).
