Clean up existing topology graphs #1477

I like that load was renamed to electricity, and the use of _basic and _features; that's much more sensible. 👍

The "Total/Stacked/Individual" <select /> appears to be broken on this branch and is always disabled. Unit scaling on the vertical axis also seems not to be working:
