Heat sources are gone but there's a primary heat infrastructure available in the heat assets #1534

I have no sources for the heat network but still primary infrastructure to those sources in this LES.

I cannot seem to reproduce this on my own local machine. I think I know why this happens on production. Removing a line from the heat source lists doesn't list the heat_source_list as 'editable'. This way the correct update doesn't get triggered in the backend and the primary heat source list won't be regenerated.

I fixed it by hitting the single 'Save' key instead of the 'Save all and view LES'. This problem is already fixed on beta with the PR #1517

Closing due to the problem already being solved on beta. Waiting for production deploy anytime soon.
