Export total investment to csv #1570

Currently only the total depreciation costs of technologies can be viewed for all stakeholders. For discussions about financial constructions also the total investment is relevant.

Proposal

I don't think this should be shown in the standard interface. What I would like is the option to download the investment costs per stakeholder. Both the total investment as a split per technology are relevant.

Maybe this can be combined with #1565. Similar like the option to download information regarding the electricity network:

Total investments are hard to reconstruct from ETM SA results, whereas they are relevant from an exploratory perspective: one of the most difficult questions neighborhoods and municipalities face is how to finance investments in residences. Many private owners lack the financial means or will find it hard to obtain a loan to invest in new equipment, insulation, battery packs, solar panels, etc.

@antw or @grdw: Is implementing this doable?

DorinevanderVlies commented 7 years ago

In addition to watching the total investment a split of all the components of the business case would be useful for proper analysis and comparison of the scenario.

This does not have to be visible in the standard interface but can be implemented as an export. @antw when you answer my questions regarding business cases it seems that such a split is already available, but not visible for users.
