When I export a CSV for some technologies the number of full_load_hours is defined.
Does this have any significance for the calculation?
Is it an input for the scenario? (Does it influency the outcome?)
or
Is it an output of the scenarios? (Is the number of full load ours defined by the set parameters and merely given to inform the user?)

In this LES the end node "flat" contains households_space_heater_district_heating_steam_hot_water with 499 flh.
