Making a clear difference between input and output capacity #737

The idea is to split up the input and output capacities: This is done! :dancers:

However the old scenario's need to be migrated because of the renaming. And before I do this I'd like to know how we would do this.

Todo:

[ ] Migration for old scenarios
[ ] checking carrier_capacity and making sure that nothing is broken for that matter.

carrier_capacity is the input_capacity.

In the InstalledTechnology model it's still called capacity and carrier_capacity.
