NOTE: All the following are relevant for NL only, other countries have no network cost calculation.

These AREA variables are certainly used:

• annual_infrastructure_cost_electricity = 1810.0
• annual_infrastructure_cost_gas = 1452.0
• capacity_buffer_decentral_in_mj_s = 20000.0
• capacity_buffer_in_mj_s = 1600.0
• investment_hv_net_low = 0.20
• investment_hv_net_high = 0.25
• investment_hv_net_per_turbine = 1.2

The following Node attributes are used as well:

• cost_of_installing (hardly used)
• decommissioning_costs (hardly used)
• typical_electricity_production_capacity
• technical_lifetime
• number_of_units
• mw_input_capacity
• network_capacity_available_in_mw
• network_capacity_used_in_mw
• network_expansion_costs_in_euro_per_mw
• simult_we
• simult_sd
• simult_se
• simult_sd
• peak_load_in_mw
• peak_load_units_present
• wacc

The following methods are used:

• delta_in_capacity_in_mw
• fixed_operation_and_maintenance_costs_per(:mw_input)

I am not 100% certain that this list is exhaustive but I think it is pretty close.

Unused attributes are:

• peak_load_units (equal to peak_load_units_present and does not occur in any query)
• residiual_value (zero for all nodes, not in queries)

Hardly used attributes:

• cost_of_installing = 1000.0 is the only non-zero value (for households_water_heater_fuel_cell_chp_network_gas) for all other nodes this is zero. @AlexanderWirtz could we just incorporate this 1000 EUR into the initial_investment?
• decommissioning_costs (only used for energy_power_nuclear_gen3_uranium_oxide)
