These numbers I have taken from other comparable plants but I could have made mistakes.

I have changed the following converters.

energy_power_nuclear_gen3_uranium_oxide --> now 60 years
industry_chp_turbine_gas_power_fuelmix --> now 15 years, because FLH are so high compared to energy_power_turbine_network_gas
industry_chp_engine_gas_power_fuelmix --> now 15 years
industry_chp_ultra_supercritical_coal --> now 40 years, just like energy_chp_ultra_supercritical_coal

**N.B.: also non-CHP converters were changed

I have changed the lifetimes to be more consistent between technology types
