Check if correct plants are included in cost-reduction input statements

om_costs_combustion_gas_plant.ad and investment_costs_combustion_gas_plant.ad can be used to make gas plants cheaper. Are the correct ones included? Need gas_power_fuelmix converters also be included?

@ChaelKruip Please reformat this so that plants are sorted alphabetically and preferably listing each plant on a new line, so we can easily see if we are missing one.

• [ ] the gas_power_fuelmix plants need to be included in both
  • industry_chp_combined_cycle_gas_power_fuelmix
  • industry_chp_engine_gas_power_fuelmix
  • industry_chp_turbine_gas_power_fuelmix
• [ ] energy_power_turbine_network_gas seems to be missing from om_costs_combustion_gas_plant.ad and from investment_costs_combustion_gas_plant.ad
• [ ] households_collective_chp_network_gas seems to be missing from om_costs_combustion_gas_plant.ad and from investment_costs_combustion_gas_plant.ad
