Land use of solar thermal heaters should be updated in chart 'Roof area for pv in households' #2591

For the innovations flex project, the new chart roof_area_for_pv_in_households is added to the front-end, which shows the used roof area for solar panels, pvt-panels and solar thermal collectors.

Since there is no information on land use of solar thermal collectors (see https://github.com/quintel/etdataset/issues/905), the used roof area for solar thermal collectors is calculated using the land_use_per_unit of solar panels. This should be updated when the land use of solar thermal collectors is known.
