Enhancements to storage parameters export

The storage parameters data export can be improved.

The storage volume in the data export is in PJ

While in the electricity storage technologies specifications table it is in MWh

A consistent choice for units (including the annual electricity input in the table) could be made.

Additionally, human-readable node names could be added to the export instead of only the keys. Finally, it would be useful to add a row per technology that queries whether the behaviour was price-based or set by the forecasting algorithm.

@mabijkerk I am fine with the units in the table and export being what they are as long as this is based on a conscious decision, which it is according to your explanation on Basecamp.
