Curve for `industry_other` has been removed for `nl` but not for `eu`, empty simlink remains #2946

In ETLocal users can view default curves for the EU countries, which mostly link to their parent eu which in their turn symlinks to the nl dataset.

In the eu dataset industry_other is still present as a curve, but it symlinks to nowhere, as this curve is not present anymore in the nl dataset. Causing ETLocal to throw the following error:

Sentry Issue: ETLOCAL-M

ActionView::Template::Error: No such file or directory @ rb_check_realpath_internal - /etsource/datasets/eu/curves/industry_other.csv

I don't know the status of this specific curve, can you enlighten me @mabijkerk?
