Resolves spelling mistakes in SGQ's
Puts 'input' in front of losses
re-export of all ETSource datasets from ETLocal to ETSource

@mabijkerk I do not understand why the investment costs involved for heat have changed in most neighborhood datasets due to the re-export, could you look into this shortly? Is this explainable?
