Adding Refinery data to Zeeland dataset

Based on data provided by the province:

Non-energetic demand:

• Natural gas: 9,64 PJ
• Oil: not specified

Energetic demand:

• Electricity: 1,31 PJ
• Natural gas: 7,46 PJ

I can see the correct demands , so the implementation seems successful. I do have some questions:

• Are the changes incorporated in ETLocal?
• Are the changes incorporated in underlying municipalities?
• Are the changes incorporated in the RES region?
• Note that this does not lead to any actual transformation of crude oil into oil products (see screenshot below). This means that energetically and non energetically, a refinery has been 'added' to Zeeland, but that, even though it consumes energy, it does not actually produce anything:
