Network gas compressor inputs just fall short of summing to 1 #3044

The node energy_compressor_network_gas has the following specs:

- input.electricity = 0.0690000000000001
- input.network_gas = 0.931

The question is why these do not sum to 1. I propose to update the input.electricity to 0.069.
