Fix remaining issues with hourly hydrogen balancing #3054

This issue arose during the hydrogen improvements project.

For instance in this scenario:

An imbalance of 0.26 PJ occurs on the node. In the project we have seen that this probably occurs due to the p2h burners of hydrogen. The concrete cause could not be found.
