Greengas modeling fixes

This PR tries to solve issue #2986

It change the following in the energy graph: It adds a node between the conventional greengas production nodes and the distribution node, energy_production_greengas. It also adds a backup export node for greengas.

There are a few open to do's before we can merge this:

• [x] Check if all relevant inputs produce expected annual results in all edge cases @kaskranenburgQ
• [ ] Check if annual results match hourly results in all edges cases, especially for network_gas.type = export in the green gas backup export node @kaskranenburgQ
• [x] Update all ETLocal datasets on ETLocal and on ETSource to link the green gas production routes to the new energy_green_gas_production node @kndehaan
• [x] Decide whether to merge these changes into master and if so what other queries might have to be updated @mabijkerk @kaskranenburgQ
• [x] Update issue #2986 to state that removing demand = 0.0from the green gas backup export node crashes the graph because the green gas distribution node is then underdimensioned. We should update the data pipeline for green gas at some point, using the transformation flows on the Eurostat energy balance

ETLocal datasets are updated and exported to ETSource. Semaphore test on ETLocal should be re-run when branche ETSource is merged. PR ETLocal: https://github.com/quintel/etlocal/pull/528

I added the following changes to gqueries, so the queries are in line with the model:

• Costs_carriers_biomass : Addition of biomass backup export. --> used in costs queries.
• Export_network_gas_input_curve: Addition of both greengas baseload and greengas backup. --> used in network gas demand curves
• network_gas_exports: Addition of energy_export_greengas_backup--> Not used in etsource or etmodel, is this necessary to update or does it need to be removed?
• greengas_to_export_in_biomass_sankey Addition of energy_export_greengas_baseload.
• greengas_from_dry_biomass:  Changed energy_distribution_greengas to energy_greengas_production.
• greengas_from_wet_biomass:  Changed energy_distribution_greengas to energy_greengas_production.
• share_of_greengas_production_by_biogas_fermentation: Changed energy_distribution_greengas to energy_greengas_production.
• share_of_greengas_production_by_biogas_fermentation Changed energy_distribution_greengas to energy_greengas_production.
• share_of_greengas_production_by_biogas_fermentation Changed energy_distribution_greengas to energy_greengas_production.

Other queries in which energy_distribution_greengas was mentioned but did not need changes:

• greengas_network_gas_output Not used in both ETSource or ETModel, can be removed?
• turk_distribution_greengas
• production_green_gas_bcm Used in Holon?
• biomass_products_to_transport_losses_in_sankey
