Rename P2G to electrolysis onshore (price-based) #3086

P2G in the ETM refers to onshore (price-based) electrolysis. During the project hybrid offshore wind (where an offshore price-based electrolyser was added to the model) it came to the attention that a more suitable name would be onshore electrolyser or onshore electrolysis.

The name change of P2G to onshore electrolysis (or onshore electrolyser, this should first be determined) should be updated consistently in:

front-end slides / sliders / help text
front-end charts / tables
data downloads
documentation
