Remove real_estate module #3098

In the recent changes in heat modelling, see https://github.com/quintel/etsource/pull/2997, the cumbersome real_estate files used to calculate insulation costs have been replaced by queries.

This means that the real estate module can be retired:

[ ] Remove real_estate folders from ETSource
[ ] Check for real_estate data pipeline in ETDataset and ETLocal and remove if present
[ ] Check for real_estate costs calculation module in ETEngine and remove if present
