costs_biomass slider should update only wood, wood_pellets and torrified_biomass_pellets #46

I think we should remove all liquid biofuels from the list of carriers that gets updated by this slider.
In a separate issue I have noted that the price next to the slider is 0, as it refers to price_of_biomass, which no longer exists.

Question: should it also update corn? This is totally different from wood, etc.

I also think we should make a separate slider for the liquid biofuels. Complication is that we have no clear price to list there: bio-ethanol, bio-oil, or biodiesel price?

What about biogas, greengas, corn?

Can we do something like this? @dennisschoenmakers

Have 1 slider to change the cost of all biomass carriers in relative units (increase by x %), and
Give all these carriers their own cost slider (that means many more sliders) in absolute units (like euro/liter)

A user can then quickly do a general price change, but when desired he can change the price of one relative to another.

I think that in reality those prices are strongly correlated.

This I would like to discuss in a quick meeting. I think several 'mother' sliders are needed. I just don't think torrified_biomass_pellets and wood_pellets are strongly correlated to bio_ethanol or biodiesel. Different feedstocks, different markets, different areas of production.

I assigned you to help us solve this. Please mention this in modeling meeting and in the meantime, please make sure this slider does NOT update liquid biofuels.

Currently, it updates greengas,biodiesel,bio_ethanol,bio_oil,algae_diesel,biogas,wood_pellets,bio_residues_for_firing. I will remove the biofuels biodiesel,bio_ethanol,bio_oil,algae_diesel so they are not updated anymore. I think adding one slider named 'biofuels' would make sense to change these costs.

Another category is greengas,biogas, which I will leave in the slider now, but could also be a separate slider. So for now, I have updated "costs_biomass.yml" to just apply to the carriers greengas,biogas,wood_pellets,bio_residues_for_firing in c636450b3bcf8b13b5eb570a648da284ca2051da.

After reading the original issue I have now again updated the slider to also update wood,torrified_biomass_pellets in commit fa9ea79c37870b8bd5e645cad2747f40cd42cf05. With this I will close this issue, and open a new issue on etmodel to discuss whether or not we should: a) Have a slider to update costs of biofuels b) Remove the update of greengas and biogas from the biomass_slider (and/or have a slider for itself)
