Don't think so, right @ChaelKruip, @WvanLelyveld ?

the mw are not used for sure... The oil things I'm not sure, they might be used for FCE. At some point we did want to start using the MW sliders, when we have changeable sliders.

There seem to be no oil sliders in http://beta.et-model.com/supply/fce#mineral-oil. So: let's remove these inputs.
