Research load_profiles for DE, FR, ES, PL and UK #101

Except for the total_demand all load_profiles are equal to the NL load_profiles. These need to be researched for:

I have researched and updated the following load profiles for the countries mentioned above as well as re-researched the ones for NL (see the commits in pull request https://github.com/quintel/merit/pull/118):

In addition, total_demand load profile was already updated in https://github.com/quintel/merit/commit/0387ca782c0b5b50c0fed247ae4157290c553983

@AlexanderWirtz explained me that the other load_profiles (agriculture_chp, buildings_chp, industry_chp, and river_chp) should be researched as part of an potential overhaul of the merit order.

Closing this issue as I fixed everything I can within the current budget.
