Merit Order should calculate the profit_per_mwh_electricity, not the Injector! #58

These lines should be moved to a proper method with tests in quintel/merit.

Added label 'priority'. Added @ChaelKruip to this Issue, as he's informed as deploy manager.

This should be resolved before the deployment, or we cannot be sure that the Merit module is (technically) working.

After discussion with @paozac and @dennisschoenmakers decided to do this almost immediately after the deploy. Removing milestone.
