Assess which functionality is missing from the current (pseudo) code
Write pseudo code for the missing functions
Try to organize them in the existing Merit module
Communicate to others what is needed to get to a completely working version of these functions

Add this to the README.md file as soon as possible, even if information is (still) lacking.

This is resolved in issue #27 Definition of operational_expenses is added to README and variable costs are defined as output.
