Add LoadProfiles with 8760 datapoints to /load_profiles folder #9

I have added the 8760 data points for the total demand and the CHPs (agricultural, industry and buildings).

The data per 4 hours for solar irradiation and wind (coastal, onshore and offshore) are to be found in Matlab files in the merit order dropbox file and cannot be turned into data per 1 hour yet.

MATLAB refuses to be installed with the TU Delft license that I have. I will extract the data from the MATLAB-files tomorrow (tuesday 13-11-2012) at a TU Delft desktop computer.

for all technologies hourly values are defined. To check the calculation of the data, have a look in the merit order folder > part two > data
