Refinery should be able to handle Challenge #2 #1

Purple = heat Grey = gas Yellow = Electricity

Here, we use the same numbers and shares as in the former challenge, but in order to make it interesting, I've increased the percentage of CHPs to 40%, and lowered the gas heater's share to 50%.
