Build subgraph for Central E+H production

The CE production table and some edges and shares are in the Queries &CSV/CSVs/Energy folder. Please let me know if you need additional queries to build the subgraph for the central production park @antw .

@StijnDellaert Were you expecting the energy subgraph to calculate correctly? Because I hate to be the bearer of bad news:

• Initial values
• Calculable
• Incalculable

I don't think this sub-graph is going to work independently of the rest of the graph; there are too many links to other sectors (simplified as the super-sink node). However, even with the rest of the graph in place, I have a hard time believing that the 254 (!!!) uncalculated nodes and edges will start working.

I have also cheated in two regards:

• The old carrier-efficient nodes – energy_chp_ultra_supercritical_coal and energy_power_ultra_supercritical_coal – have been omitted completely (replaced by the new "rdr" nodes). The old nodes are not included in the central producers CSV, so there was no point them being in the graph calculations.
• I set the electricity efficiency of the new RDR nodes to 0.4. The data coming out of InputExcel still treats them as "carrier-efficient" (variable efficiency) and the script for importing nodes from the old InputExcel YAML files isn't (yet) able to handle this. 0.4 may not be strictly correct, but it would be enough to calculate some sort of demand for the associated edges.

Have I done something wrong with this sub-graph? I can't imagine you were expecting it to be like this... :worried:

I did not expect it to calculate correctly :) We haven't made any queries for the production of carriers so I think I'll try making those today. I wonder if, given production and demand, the net import/export can be calculated.
