On translating "Quinton" in different contexts

I am in the middle of translating the top page and have a question about the proper noun "Quinton". Japanese is considered to be one of the few high context languages in the world, and the same proper noun in English needs to be expressed differently in Japanese depending on the context.

For example:

• As a person's name when referring to oneself.
• As a person's name when referring to a person by a third person.
• As the name of a corporation or organization.

If the full name is at least written as "Quinton Ashley", we, Japanese, can assume that it is in the context of a person's name, but I would like to know if "Quinton" is the name of the corporation or organization, or if it is Mr. Ashley yourself:
