[add] Translated "pro" and "jam" pages

The first commit: Followed the translation to the revision of the original.

  • Changed "p5play プロフェッショナルライセンス" to "p5play Professional License" to match the wording on the "pro" page.
  • According to https://github.com/quinton-ashley/p5play-web/pull/25#issuecomment-2027687348, added "(Only English Accepted)" (英語のみの受け付けです) to "Professional Development sessions" and "Game Design Fundamentals private tutoring" sections.

  • Added translations for previously untranslated sections.
  • Changed the following expressions to more appropriate Japanese:

  • Ready to make real money from your games?

    • The literal translation of this would be too exaggerated, like "Do you have the determination to make a living from your games?" So, I changed the wording to a softer version: "Do you want to monetize your game?" (「ゲームの収益化をご希望ですか？」)

  • Added translations for previously untranslated sections.
  • Replaced some terms with ones from Japanese video game culture:
  • gameplay -> ゲーム性 (the degree to which a video game can entertain/excite players)
  • level design -> ステージ構成 (stage composition) or ゲームバランス (game balance)
    • (context-dependent)
  • fluid player controls -> スムースな操作性 (smooth controls)
  • Replaced some words with expressions more familiar to Japanese readers:
  • competition (競争入札) -> コンテスト (contest)
    • The term "competition" (コンペティション, or コンペ in short) may evoke the image of potential subcontractors competing in presentations for work contracts.
  • Submit your game! (ゲームを投稿せよ！) -> ご応募はこちら！ (Please make your entry here!)
    • In the U.S., the strong imperative form, like "Drink it!" (飲め！), is often used to convey a sense of "Feel free to try it!" However, in Japan, such expressions are typically reserved for direct commands.
  • grappling (格闘) -> フックの付いた (with a hook)
    • The terms "grapple" or "grappling" (グラップル/グラップリング) often refer to martial arts entertainment.

Ah yeah I forgot to update the jam pages for Japanese and Spanish. I just did it now. You can remove the p5play_logo.png from your commit because now I linked to it from the top level jam folder.

It seems that the original text has been revised in version 1.9.56 since this PR. After I finish work today, I plan to catch up on translating the revisions.
