FastMatchTemplate method not implemented #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to use cvFastMatchTemplate method , does not exist
Open CV link : http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/FastMatchTemplate

Was the method renamed or it was not ported yet?

That function is not part of OpenCV. We can however easily compile it using 
JavaCPP, if you are interested in using it.
