Missing Publisher Name #156

Publisher name missing in the file name but it passes through migration. This is just a file's naming convention, not a rigid rule. Error:IncorrectFileName: sections-00001.txt.gz. Example: story--<5 DIGITS>.txt.gz

Suggestion: We can throw it as a warning to ensure the file name follows a proper naming convention instead of throwing an error or we can discuss about this internally about action.
