As a publisher, should be able to get a clear results page in a UI

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Should clearly distinguish between warnings and errors
[ ] Should be able to copy all the external-id's of the failed or open stories

Tasks

Building the UI skeleton
Refactor the UI code
Parsing the response JSON to human readable form
