Window/ New Window is not working in the latest Windows client #561

Window/ New Window doesn't do anything. No error, no nothing, no new window. This is a Windows 11 machine with the latest version (as of today) of Quip installed.

My username in Quip is raviw@emerald-associates.com and I just submitted a diagnostic report with the app.
